Made it to the Twin Cities!

Today was still hot but overall a much smoother day of riding with less wind and the goal of being back home for the night within reach. Thank you to Nicole Barnes, who runs the Growing through Grief program we are raising money for, for organizing an event at Pryes Brewing as we rolled into town. It was great to have some support and even more exciting to meet some of the counselors who work with the students involved in the program. It was fun to hear some of their stories and it motivates me even more to want to support this program. We are looking forward to a day of rest before leaving for the southern portion of the state on our way to Iowa.
